Privacy summary.
The short version: your image data stays on your device.
TL;DR
- Your image files never leave your browser. Conversion happens locally using the Canvas API.
- We don't have accounts. So we can't link any activity to a person.
- We use Google Analytics for aggregate page-view statistics (anonymized IP). It does not see your image data.
- No first-party cookies. Aside from Google Analytics' own cookies, we set none.
What we collect
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. This gives us aggregate, anonymous statistics about page views, browser/OS distribution, and which converter pages get used. We do not collect, transmit, or store the contents of any image you process. Image processing happens entirely in your browser via JavaScript.
What Google Analytics sees
GA receives the standard browser metadata: page URL, anonymized IP, browser user-agent, referrer. It does not receive file names, file sizes, or anything about the image data you convert.
Opting out
Standard browser-level Do Not Track or any privacy extension that blocks googletagmanager.com will fully exclude you from analytics with no impact on the converter's functionality.
